Meet the Developer
Who Built By Right Academy
8,000 apartments. Multiple hotels. 20+ cities. Dozens of architects, GCs, lenders, cities, battles, and wins.
I build things that reshape cities and move the needle for communities. Over the past decade, I’ve led the design, entitlement, and construction of more than 8,000 multifamily units, 570 hotel keys, 100,000 SF of retail, and 500+ senior housing units, representing $3B+ of large-scale development across California and abroad.
My career spans ground-up multifamily, high-rise office, airports, education, civic, and mixed-use assets. I’ve overseen complex commercial projects from $10M to $100M+, managing everything from a mid-rise senior community to Disneyland’s California Adventure buildings, new airport terminals, high-rise office towers, public and private schools, and even a fire station. I’ve operated in both Northern and Southern California, as well as internationally in New Zealand.
Academically, I’m built on a triple-engine foundation: MBA from UCLA Anderson, MS in Civil Engineering from Stanford, and BS in Civil Engineering from USC. What can I say, I like school.
My work is driven by one simple idea: real estate isn’t just buildings. It’s legacy, culture, and the chance to make a positive mark on local communities that lasts long after we’re gone.
My career was forged in the field, not on podcasts.
